WAITHING FOR TAKE OFF Installation
by Leonardo Pierro
Escaping from reality is not a simple operation, it requires patience, probability calculation, analysis and subtraction of reality. The expectation posed by the object that imposes a tautological dimension, a neutral space detached from reality, requires rigor. The installation 'Waiting for the take off' summarizes the frustration of wanting to seize the moment, give life to a work that transcends reality. The emptiness of our existence does not help us make the leap into a saving dimension. The emptiness of our thoughts does not help us bypass reality by virtue of a welcoming illusion. Reality and imagination collide in what we call the dark corner of vision, nothing more than the limits of our journey. Waiting consumes us, action is hesitant in the face of the unknown; the momentum is dictated by a flicker of madness.
