THIRSTY GODS Installation

This work is dedicated to the young gods, to the new generations eager to dream of a possible future. Utopia is the art of transcending a model of reality to create an authentic one. This aesthetic experience is represented by the utopian conscience a "more powerful telescope" which, according to Ernest Block, pushes one's gaze beyond the "darkness of the moment immediately lived", of the hic et nunc, towards what is in it hidden, latent. It is hope and unceasing openness - combined with the questioning amazement that science destroys and to which philosophy itself fails to constantly abide - towards the possibilities that ripen in the "not-yet-become" latent in historical processes. The amphora and cans of energy drinks represent the breath of life of daring young deities.
